We stayed in. This beautiful beb a stone's throw from the metro from Piazza del Popolo 10 minutes walk from Piazza di Spagna what about... the rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. We stayed in 7 people including a girl of 16 a boy of 13 and a girl of 8 years. One bedroom had a double bed and two single beds l the other a double and a single bed.Two spacious bathrooms. One for each room. The kitchen equipped with everything we did not use it we preferred to have breakfast around. We'll be back and it was one. Great experience. The owner very very kind we left the apartment at 12.

We were very pleased with the conditions. The triple room that we booked was big, with comfortable beds and a fully functional bathroom. The room was cleaned every day. We spoke with the owner on the phone only, but his very kind mom was there when we arrived and somebody else was there when we left. We had no problems whatsoever concerning the use of keys or access to the room. Compared to other B&B in Italy where we stayed before, the breakfast was OK. Coffee, tea, milk, juice, jam&butter, a selection of sweet pastries. Very close to Piazza del Popolo.

Strategic location to visit Rome , great location on this nothing to complain about . Regarding the BB Outlets not working to charge phones. Shower that the water came out in drips low pressure, as if there was no water. Breakfast with supermarket snacks nothing that disappointing. Cleanliness not the best, for those who want to visit Rome and just go to sleep in the evening is more than fine.
