Stayed there beginning of June The rooms smell horrible try to open the windows and the hole window almost fell on my head the staff especially at the lobby bar Joe was so rude and stressed out At breakfast got kicked out and my friend was still eating Horrible stay!!!

We arrived at the hotel around 10 a.m. Since I am part of the All Accor Network Loyalty Program and am used to staying in the chain hotels, I asked at the reception if I could check in ahead of schedule. The employee who served me was super polite, nor did he ask my name to confirm the reservation and said only that there was no room available at the moment, nor did he try to contact the manager to see if he could do anything, nor offered for us to leave our bags in the hotel and we could do something on the street. It just left us waiting and moaning! An hour later, when another person appeared at the reception, who, by chance, was the manager, I decided to ask again about early check-in and the treatment was completely different. She checked with the maids and forty minutes later we managed to enter the room. As for the room, it was terrible! Not 4 stars, not standard Mercure. The room didn't have a whole-body mirror, only 1 socket in the room and the socket was so bad that my hair dryer didn't even turn on. The amenities kit was also ridiculous, 1 cotton disc and 2 cotton sheets. I was very disappointed with the hotel in general.
