This hotel was lovely. It was very basic but quaint and cozy. I felt very comfortable staying there alone for 3 nights. The complimentary lemon croissants and cappuccino each morning were delightful. Its also in a very convenient location to cafes, shopping, great views, etc.
The only thing I would warn travelers before staying there is the hotel can be tricky to locate inside the building. I arrived at 11pm after over 24 hours of traveling so this part was slightly frustrating to me. There is no signage and it appears most of the front desk employs speak very little to no English. When entering the building the hotel is in, you will want to take the super tiny elevator on your right (near the stairs) to the 3rd floor. The elevator is terrifying so you may only want to ride it when you have heavy luggage with you.
*There are other hotels, businesses, and I believe apartments inside this building.
I would stay here again if traveling back to Rome.

The hotel was clean and comfortable but it was pretty basic. We had a quadruple room as were travelling with two children and there was plenty of space for us all but very little storage (not a massive problem when you're only there a few days like we were but could be if you planned to be there long enough to want to unpack). Beds were comfortable but air-con wasn't super efficient and was noisy. Bathroom was clean and the shower was powerful so we were happy. Location was good for us, we enjoyed it being a bit further out as honestly the crowds around the tourist areas were overwhelming and stressful, it was certainly calmer up here but still on a main road so access to plenty of nice restaurants for dinner (L'antica Fraschetta was gorgeous) and still walkable to all the sightseeing hotspots (15mins ish to Trevi Fountain / Spanish Steps, Colosseum a bit longer - we did walk there and back to the Vatican but not all in one go as an hour in 26° heat was too much for my children, I'd recommend planning a couple of mid-way gelati or drinks/lunch stops for that trip). We also liked the supermarket being nearby, was handy for topping up snacks for the kids etc. As a Brit I massively missed having a kettle in the room as I can't function without a cup of tea to get me out of bed in the morning, and the breakfast was packet croissants and cartons of juice - again, not a huge deal as there are plenty of places to buy breakfast nearby but something to bear in mind. We didn't use the Metro at all but there is a stop within a few mins walk. We did walk up to Termini for a day trip we did to Pompeii and that is only about 15mins walk away too. Access to the hotel is either via a tiny 2-person lift with manual doors (be careful as my son tried to open them between floors) or up 3 flights of stairs. Not all reception staff speak English as we discovered when trying to arrange a taxi back to the airport, not a criticism or complaint as goodness knows I don't speak multiple European languages myself, but it did make communication tricky. Overall we were content with the hotel and our stay there.

Great location, only few minutes from Termini, 10-15 min to Coloseum by walk.
Super clean and tidy Family room with smal fridge, safe for documents or ..., air con, clean towels and beds, great welcome service.
Have a threat table in a corridor with all equipments ( tea, coffee, biscuits, sweets .....). Was very useful after trip from airport ;)
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Receptionist have a good knowledge about Rome history and we was guided where and what we can visit, where is the best food places to eat.
Stay for three nights with two kids, Hotel are based on main street, but night time you cannot hear nothing from outside.
Top experience, definetily recommend to my Friends and everyone, worth it every penny.
