We're still here and we're not excited.
It says in the description there is free bottle of water, but what they think is that you get 1 can of alm. Water and 1 can of Danish water and that's it.
In addition we have to be here for a week and there were few towels for us (family of 3) we do not get replaced our towels all week here because it takes the 7 euros per person. Which is unacceptable when you have to be here for a whole week.
They're not very polite when you call and ask for help fks. With the internet on the TV, we got it rejected we couldn't get even though there's netflix and other on, we got it so fortunately myself to work by the internet parts, but there was no help of downloading.
In the pool area, we saw a little girl pissing directly in the pool, the mother just yelled to her she had to piss in the children's pool so she does, and the pool guard does nothing. In addition, it is in no way possible to relax in the pool area because the children are allowed to throw ball in all areas also the jaquzzi area where you should be able to relax.
Totally poor supervision.
Honestly, this place isn't worth the money and we won't come back, now we just stay out the last few days and that's it.
