I returned to this property several times because nice central and clean, the only thing that remote check in gave us difficulties to get into the doors, indeed if we had not opened.....,, a condominium told us that almost always some guests stay out and is forced to intercom to the condominiums, this morning in over confusion outside the apartments and they also opened the door

Poor customer management, I booked through an online site, I was told the exhaustion of availability in the structure. Despite having made a reservation without my knowledge, having to pay a penalty for the full amount of the cost of the reservation, without any flexibility on the part of the structure. Without thinking that I as a customer had no fault whatsoever, I would have been satisfied even paying a penalty of 50% understanding the mix-up of both I do not want to comment on anything else because I did not go to the facility, but I think that maybe we need to work differently in these cases.

The room is not bad if it were well managed: the staff is non-existent, they only respond via WhatsApp at certain times. If you have a problem in the evening you have to wait until the next day. We, three people, found a double bed and a cot even though we had asked for three singles, towels for two people and not three, the cold room with the air conditioner not working, the cot without a duvet (they no longer had any duvets or blankets), a lint remover on the floor (remained there for two days and removed after reports) which makes us understand that, probably, the room had not been cleaned before our arrival nor during... I will also, what is much more serious, one evening we found the door of the open room with all our personal effects inside, luckily nothing missing. If you call or write to the assistance number, you always talk to different people who do not speak to each other and do not align themselves. In short, I don't recommend these rooms, among other things expensive and without even breakfast (they are 20 minutes from the center by bus)
