Amazing place! A boutique Bed&Breakfast! The cleanliness and comfort out of this world. The location is unbeatable for everything you could think of. Amazing location for walking everywhere to any touristic destination amazing location for restaurants, amazing location for public and private transport and safety. Located 5 minutes walking from the Termini Central station where you’ll find national connections and airport connections, 3-3 minutes away from Santa Maria Maggiore,Terme Diocletian, Musee Roman and Piazza de la Republica.

Location was central in that it was near central station and 2 major metro lines. To walk to the big sights was quite a brisk walk. But tired you get to Rome anyway. Hostess is super, gives good advice and brings breakfast to the room every day, you choose evening it hangs on your door and exactly at the desired hour it is always there. There is also a large massage chair that you can use for free, blissful after showering and after the long walks. Downstairs is a very good restaurant "la Familia" with democratic prices, we went for dinner there 4 nights in a row, we had never done that anywhere...

Owners very kind and welcoming, room and bathroom really spotless and cozy every time I returned I felt at home pampered by salt lamp, candles, biscuit maker always full, smell of clean, large satellite TV, coffee machine with pods.... Breakfast in the room with everything I wanted... Bathroom accessories, towels, shampoo and bubble bath already present in the shower, cap and intimate soap.... I would say a beautiful holiday we will return as soon as I return to Rome.... Water dispenser always available.... Wii fii super fast....
