The LOCATION of the B&B is far from Roma Termini (1 hour by public transport) and there are no shops, bars or pizzerias nearby. However necessary for what were our goals (prison police school), except that we waited even for two hours for the bus, which apparently does not always pass. The ROOM was clean, but with problems with the shower (hot water that struggled to get), and flushing the toilet with water that struggled to push down the needs. Fairly thin walls, which omitted any noise. Also to be reviewed are the shutters, which do not keep locked, and bang continuously. BREAKFAST was very disappointing (for the presence of very few things, as you can see in the picture), and with poor hygiene conditions (presence of hair in the cutlery glass, spider and rust on the cutlery, ...). This was pointed out to the owner, but nothing was achieved (I think it is unacceptable to use a rusty knife, rather present plastic cutlery! Beyond the bottles of milk juice and sparkling water in common among all!). In addition, the request to send credit card details by email (including CVV) for booking, is unacceptable for security reasons (fortunately the owner has accepted payment by bank transfer). Overall, the experience was disappointing compared to the price paid. I recommend choosing other B&Bs closer to the center with better services, and better hygiene conditions, especially if you are here to visit Rome. Also to the request to wait inside the structure for a couple of hours beyond check-out time, even remaining in the common areas or in the garden (to not stay on the street), the owners were not very helpful

I had been in Rome various times and I discovered this place yesterday. The garden is beautiful and the view even better. You should food and drinks of you want to because we did not find any open places. It is very romantic for couples too. The place is kind of magical. Loved to spend my afternoon doing picnic with my friends.

Far away from the city, So late hours may not be possible and have to leave early as it takes nearly an hour to get into a metro. Getting lunch and dinner is difficult from that area. Lack of guidance from the owner about the city. internet connectivity is poor.
