Grand B&B Suites At Saint Paul

Unfortunately, a negative experience, despite the friendliness of Mr. Angelo. Room on the first floor inside a condominium house, independent room but with 3 beds inside all crowded into a single room. Retro 80s decor. Uncomfortable and dirty bed. Non-existent cleaning during the two days of stay, dust everywhere. Bathroom outside the room but inside the house, never cleaned. Towels never changed. Unbreathable air inside the home, also due to an internal kitchen used by other people accessing from a balcony. Wifi connection not working.... the modem is far away to receive the signal. Terrible breakfast (a coffee and a croissant) served in the nearby bar. I confirm the only positive note: it is close to the bus stops. Truly questionable quality/price ratio for a structure that passes itself off as a B&B but is in reality a pure black-and-white guest house. Payment only in cash and without receipt. TO AVOID!!!

They were the cleanest rooms we've stayed in! The host was always willing to help us (but yet, not in an overly kind annoying way). Τhe location was very convenient, very close to public transportation that goes right away to the heart of Rome. The place doesn't fail in anything.

Very good value for your money. Small Hotel. The manager is doing his utmost to help and support you during your stay. Breakfast is served in your room.
