Grand Hotel Fleming

I chose this hotel for its strategic location, about a 20-minute walk from the Olympic Stadium. I would choose it again for the same situation (concert), but not as a hotel for a regular stay because I slept very poorly due to the uncomfortable bed. The kindness and efficiency of the staff are five-star, the cleanliness is perfect, and the breakfast is too.

Having stayed just one night for the Ligabue concert, it turned out to be a good logistical base for going to the Olympic Stadium. Very clean hotel, the welcome was really good, the rooms, although a bit small, are very clean, and the breakfast is excellent and abundant. Bus line not far away and Ponte Milvio just a stone's throw away, if you feel like getting ripped off by those crooks selling aperitifs as if they were gold. Convenient to have the option to park the car in the hotel's internal parking, but less convenient is the related cost of €20/night, especially since around there, with a bit of luck, you can also find some free street parking.

I have stayed three times at this establishment and I have always found it wonderful. One day I had a problem with the air conditioning, and they immediately took action to resolve it, demonstrating that they care a lot about ensuring the customer is always satisfied. They had me speak with the Front Office Manager, Dr. Arena, who took my situation to heart, and every time I return to this hotel, it feels like I am at home. Thoroughly satisfied Danilo B.
