The good thing is that it is well located, but we left unhappy, why? Because we have been on a week-long trip at this same hotel, they have not changed our sheets all week, they have not cleaned the room floor at all, they have not cleaned anything in the bathroom, and one day they didn't even come in because they didn't even take the trash bag; the only good thing is that they changed our towels daily. Dirty bathroom, dirty and very small shower; a person of normal build can shower but not comfortably, the shower head looked white from limescale, dampness on the ceiling. The buffet is... it's like a cafeteria, with little variety but good; you can have a reasonably good breakfast. Magnificent customer service from the people who control access to the hotel. Failure of the card to enter the room; in one week I have had to go down 3 times to have the card reactivated because it kept deactivating on its own. Regarding the cleaning... the room has a refrigerator, well, they didn't even clean it before we checked in, because when opening the refrigerator we saw a yellow dirt mark, we didn't know what it was, but after 3 days I wanted to open the freezer to put water in, and we found an ice cream and a bottle of water from the previous guests who were in that same room, added to the fact that the refrigerator also had its dirty shelf. Regarding the beds and bedding... they had dirt stains, the pillow was unbearable. I consider that it really has more of a one-to-two-star hotel condition, in my opinion. In other words, an experience not to be repeated; the only good thing this hotel has, in our opinion, is the location, which is 5 minutes from the Vatican and another 5 from the Ottaviano station, from which you can get to Roma Termini and from there take any train or bus if necessary. To finish, we understand that sheets cannot be changed daily, or a deep cleaning done daily, we understand that, but changing the sheets every 3-4 days (once a week… we are not asking for much), we also understand that they do not sweep every day, but every two days, cleaning the mirror… I do not want it cleaned every day, but every two or three days would be fine; that is to say, we are not people who are always looking for dirt, but it is true that we had to complain since many parts of the room were truly disgusting. I hope this review serves to improve everything so that future guests can enjoy it 100%.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my visit very relaxing. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed.

Lovely clean hotel with fantastic and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they went above and beyond to help us. The rooms were cool and spacious, (the air con was a blessing), and the rooms were cleaned meticulously. This hotel is perfectly placed for eating out and exploring the city, easy walk to the tube station, and Lime bikes were always available close by for early morning city bike rides.
