Beautiful, very clean, up to the standards of a 4-star hotel. Strategic location, far from the chaos but close to subway and bus stops to reach the center. Spacious rooms, equipped with all comforts. Complete buffet breakfast, kind and helpful staff.

Such poor service both at the reception. The man spoke down to us and tried to make out he was friendly but I could feel the disdain in his words and attitude. Then at the restaurant, the staff in particular Brain was very rude and was unable to accommodate simple changes to dishes like using wine to glaze the pan instead of lemon or even provide butter with bread, stating that is only for breakfast. Overall very rude especially throwing down the menu on the table after we placed our order. Would not recommend this place for service at all.

Grand Hotel Tiberio turned out to be a huge disaster from start to finish. The hotel is poorly maintained, but the swimming pool is on another level of unacceptable. It is dangerously designed, mouldy, and has exposed screws sticking out — a real risk of injury. I have never seen anything like this in a hotel claiming to be four stars. I am honestly speechless. I would never, ever come back.
