As soon as we arrive we are asked to settle the bill, all in advance, as per the attached feedback. Just arrived in the room we report toilet tablet not stable on the hinges and remote control missing 6 keys. The next day, in our absence, we are replaced both. However, the toilet had not been cleaned and the tablet was also dirty. We report the fact on our return but, at the reception, we are given a detergent and paper to proceed independently with the cleaning as the attendant "is not paid to do cleaning" that we, instead, paid in advance. We also point out that the bed had been made in a dreadful way. The doorman takes note and says he would report to whom he should. The next day, we find the bed recomposed worse than the previous one, badly covered over the sheets below, left undone, as well as resulting after the use of the night. Here too, we proceed independently to reassemble everything. Finally, every night we had to endure continuous plumbing noises from the exhaust pipes of other rooms adjacent to ours. We paid 125 € per day, plus tourist tax, without that at our restart the person responsible felt obliged to cancel, by way of apology, for the inefficiencies rendered, a share of the price paid. I leave to those who read every comment about it.

Unpretentious hotel but with a great value for money. Strategic location, in a quiet area, behind the Basilicata di San Pietro and the center within easy walking distance. Clean and comfortable rooms, very friendly staff, great breakfast.

Good location, walking distance to Vatican. Room size ok. Good breakfast, friendly staff but our bathroom was not clean.
