Holiday Inn Rome Aurelia

The box barely gives a person to take a shower, The shower doesn't work, The bar fridge doesn't open and doesn't freeze, I ask the staff for assistance, Horrible breakfast, You're charged €10 to use the pool. Air conditioning does not work and does not freeze. We had to change apartments because of the air conditioning and we were placed in another room that also does not work. Responsible for the maintenance said that the minimum air temperature is 24° which means we have to stay in a muggy, warm closed room. I took pictures to approve of everything I'm saying. The shower doesn't get stuck. The room is minimal we can barely get to the window. It has an elevator for four people and numerous apartments.

Our stay at this hotel was a complete disappointment. The quality of service was extremely poor. There was not even a coffee machine in the room, although this is now considered a basic facility in many hotels. The breakfast was very poor in both quality and variety. What was even more disturbing was that, as Turkish guests, we were directed to a separate seating area during breakfast. This made us feel discriminated against and was completely unacceptable. All guests should be treated equally, regardless of their nationality. In addition, while we were leaving the hotel by bus, a theft occurred in the hotel’s garden area. This raised serious concerns about the adequacy of the hotel’s security measures. In summary, the breakfast quality was terrible, the service was practically nonexistent, security was inadequate, and the attitude toward guests was deeply uncomfortable. We were extremely dissatisfied with our experience at Belstay Roma Aurelia. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Hotel rated 4 stars on paper… two were given, rather bought. Hotel at the limits of decency; I would define it at most as a hostel. Outdated, terrible cleanliness, horrible carpet everywhere with huge stains, bad smell both in the elevators and in the areas. Overrun by hordes of screaming kids day and night, staying there for sports reasons. The room was not clean; upon arrival, there was a malfunction in the bathroom, the products were never renewed, a disaster. I refrain from commenting on the food because I would become vulgar. The location is terrible, far from any possible communication with civilization. I am attaching funny photos, especially the last one...
