Hotel Anacapri

Small hotel in an old building at Termini Station. Close to all “must see” sights approx. Half an hour by foot. Host was very polite and comunication was very good. We came in the evening at the hotel and key was waiting for us. Room was good, bed was ok, bathroom also good, all in all good experiance.

Internally everything clean, tidy and working, friendly and friendly staff. The only intercom flaw that does not work, would need updating. Externally a slightly antiquated building, old, to be restored. When I arrived the elevator did not work, I made myself 4 floors with heavy duffel bag, fortunately later it returned to normal use. Del resto nel loro hanno fatto un ottimo lavoro! Thank you!

The hotel is well located, very convenient for those arriving by train or if you need the metro. The owner is very kind. We had difficulty finding the hotel as there was no visible sign. The room was really tiny, you couldn't practically fit between the suitcases and the bed. The bathroom had no steam ventilation so the towels remained damp and mold on the ceiling. The shower was tiny and didn't even have a door so flooding the floor can be done in an instant!! Very poor cleanliness, lots of dust and in 5 days of stay, the sink was never cleaned!! The bedspread with stains on it... one day I found my clothes thrown on the pillow, and no, it wasn't my pajamas!! I expected them to at least fold them since it's a service I paid for. The reception says it is open 24 hours a day, but when the paper was demagnetized, there was no one to ask for help. On the reception desk there is a small box with the number to call in case of emergency, we called 5 times and no one answered, on the contrary, they said that the number was not available, until I called via WhatsApp. It wasn't a great stay, in my opinion very overpriced, I think I won't return again.
