Bad experience for various reasons, the room is very hot and suffocating the air conditioning they say to provide you should pay extra 15€ per day, hair on the sheet and ants in the room on the mattress, wifi not working. In case of emergency it is not possible to contact anyone because the number they provide is the secretariat closed from 19:00/09:00 in the morning so if you have problems as happened to us (door to access the corridor of the rooms with non-working lock) you are left to stay overnight on the stairs. I strongly advise against the only positive note is the proximity to Termini station but otherwise we are not there if I could donate 0 stars.

The hotel is situated about 5 mins walk (with luggage) from Termini otherwise it is 2 mins. Right next door there is a bar (an Italian bar) where in the morning you can have your cappucino and cornetto, or omlette. Across the street and next door (on the other side from the bar) are some restaurants. There are also numerous other restaurants in the area if the ones in the same street are not for you. My room was clean when I arrived and always cleaned. I had the keys for all the doors and could come and go as I pleased. My only big "problem" (I am celiac) with my room was that in the morning a beautiful, sweet smell of fresh cornetti and other delicacies baking wafted in. The hotel is on the 3rd floor - there is an elevator. The problem is that to reach the elevator there are about 8 steps up which you will need to carry luggage so if you are travelling heavy it could be a bit of a problem. The elevator is also very small - 2 persons with backpacks and/or luggage will not fit in and have to go up one a time. Not a big negative all in all.

Hotel near Termini. Small but comfortable room. Good quality/price ratio if you need to stay in the area for a night. Possibility of access at any time thanks to the keys supplied. Think of it as a possibility
