Take a late summer Friday and decide to try the cuisine of the Hotel Fior in Castelfranco Veneto... We did it and we were truly surprised. Dishes, presentation, taste, service, and price. I would say we highly recommend it. Chef's amuse-bouche: a tartlet with chickpea cream topped with a raw julienne of marinated zucchini. Generous. We pair our meal with a Sauvignon from Friuli by Vosca. Two appetizers (beef carpaccio with sweet and sour vegetables; and a creamed cod paired with marinated watermelon and purple chips) 1 main course and 1 First course (a seared tuna tagliata with teriyaki sauce and vegetables; tortelli stuffed with flavored ricotta and diced fresh tomato and basil reduction) all abundant, tasty, at the right temperature, and really good. You don't expect a restaurant like this in a city hotel, but instead, a super surprise... it's there and I recommend it! Compliments to the chef and his team! P.S. Everything for $80 (price for 2 people... $40 per person) including coffee, water, and cover charges.

Stayed one night for work reasons in a double room for single use (105 EUR); the room was decent even though the furnishings were quite outdated, as was the bathroom. A redesign would probably be necessary. The breakfast, on the other hand, is very good.

Judgment contrasted. Strong points: hospitality and kindness, cuisine (excellent radicchio risotto), outdoor spaces, parking, location, quality of sleep). To be improved: bathrooms and sanitary facilities a bit 'degraded, obsolete furnishings, interior layout little functional. The time for a robust renovation is ripe. I give it four stars but if you do not reinvest in furnishings and functionality it will soon end up degraded.
