Non-existent parking: forced to garage away and paid 25€ despite being said free. Little transparency. It takes more professionalism, tiny and uncomfortable room

Hotel located in Termini area, less than five minutes walk from the station. The structure externally is very nice with a well-kept garden. The room where in the living room on the ground floor was really bad, I start by saying that the wallpaper was very dirty, the floor in very bad condition old and dirty, the sheets and bath towels dirty with mold and the terrace dirty Unfortunately, room conditions and mildew seriously affect the quality of sleep I strongly recommend taking action for these issues The staff of the structure all very friendly
