I Love Termini B&B

I had booked several rooms 5 months in advance but I had unfortunatelly to cancel 2 months before arrival. I have send them a written cancellation mail that they did not took into account : omission or voluntary act ?

It was not what we expected at all, when we arrived at 9 am they said that we couldn’t check in yet and that we had to come back at 1 o’clock. When we came back the room wasn’t ready yet and we had to come back at 2 o’clock. The room was very small and dated. The bathroom was so small you could barely stand inside of it. There was no doorhandle or lock on the bathroom door. They said there would be a mini fridge in the room but it wasn’t there. The safe did not work either. The elevator in the building is very small. The neighborhood is not safe at all at night. We got robbed here.

Overall, the location was excellent in respect to the train station and Termini market. It was quiet and safe. The room was small by American standards, but it did fit our family of 4. We didn’t mind the stairs, but I think my mom might have struggled a bit.
