B & b in a good location (a quarter of an hour walk from the Vatican) and in a quiet and well served area. Too bad that the structure is not particularly cared for: the en suite bathroom would need renovation and the presence of a very high step to access it had not been reported (which could be problematic for an elderly person or with walking problems); the balcony, attached to the room, would need cleaning as well as the windows; the kitchen, common to the rooms, should be "updated" and freed from the bags (dirty linen?) left to clutter the already limited useful space; breakfast is really "basic" (even in other b & bs you provide only bagged products, but you can also choose more varied and quality products) and narrow (if you do not leave the coffee for the mocha, you can not leave 2 pods counted per day!). Positive note, the bed very comfortable, but bad soundproofing of the room.

There was a lot of noise. Toilet and shower were terrible - loose toilet seat and unusually little space. Towels were not changed. There was no TV in the room, despite it being stated in the room description. The breakfast was of really poor quality. The next day's breakfast was put in the room in connection with the cleaning. It consisted of a wrapped croissant and some biscuity bread. Very bad experience. Don't understand how the place can get a rating above 5.

Me and my friend were travelling around Italy and this was our first stop. Firstly, we paid £145 for three nights for both of us so it was a great deal! The location is perfect- just a 10 minute walk to the metro or a 20 minute walk to the Vatican. The communication from the owner was great- he even emailed to ask if we wanted him to arrange transfer from the airport (which was €40 by a large taxi). We arrived late so we took up this offer but otherwise we would have taken the train/ metro. When we arrived at the property, the owner was waiting for us and was very welcoming and polite! The room was super clean and very practical. Perfect size for two people and had a cute balcony. Free toiletries and hairdryer in the room was a wee bonus too and there was a kitchen area with coffee/ tea for free and of course space to cook etc. Overall I would 100% return to this place and I've been recommending to all my friends and family! Perfect stay in Rome !!
