Il Corso Suite

“Very negative experience. Communication with the owner practically absent and, when it finally happened, characterized by offensive tones towards me (I was called ‘paranoid ignorant’ and ‘goat’). I find the behavior unprofessional and not respectful of the customer.”

Very horrible customer service! The first night we came back at about 9:40 - no hot water till about 9 am next morning. Nobody at the front desk since it is set up as an apartment. No one to talk to. We had no hot water the following morning - I finally got to talk to the attendant - luckily was there one, she reset something abd finally we could wash up. We had 2 more instances when we didn’t have hot water. When I complained to the Customer service via chat – I was practically called a liar. No apology offered. Horrible way to do hotel business with such poor communication skills. The person told me “not to tech them how to do their work” - imagine a clerk at a hotel front desk in America saying something like that to a customer who is politely complaining about the lack of hot water?? Plain rude. Bad experience…

Definitely strategic location. Some small note ... improve the cleaning of the shared kitchen corner and shower corner, presence of limestone and cleaning not at the top to be called suite. Welcoming in trouble but still positive. It is recommended to display on the landing the correct telephone number. The booking is non-existent.
