Just to start off with a plot twist, you might not get in if you arrive late in ghe evening. I had asked two weeks prior if it was a problem but gor no response. No one was there to let us in but I managed to get a hold of the staff by phone. I was adviced to ring the doorbell for other hotels in the same building. I can say they were not happy about it... the room key had been left under a doormat for us.
The room itself is nice and beautiful. The bed is very nice and super comfortable. The room has a safe and a small minibar-sixed fridge. The bathroom was in a rather typical Italian condition. Water pressure is quite weak but this ia usually the case for old buildings. The luxury jacuzzi shower that they sometimes advertise is everything but. The shower head holder was broken and my friend was hit by a shower head when the holder gave in. All the functions in the shower did not work but at least hot water was plenty. The toilet seat looked like someone had done a number 2 and no one had cleaned it for a long time.
We stayed for five days, toilet paper was not restocked, towels were not changed, not even the floors were swept. This I think was rather odd.
The location is perfect as the main train station Termini is about 100 meters away as well as both metro lines. Lots of supermarkets, small shops and restaurants and cafés nearby.
For us the stay was an ok experience but it didn't feel very reliable as we only met the cleaner in the hallway and no other staff. If you are ready to risk not getting in in the evening, do book this place.

Do not trust positive reviews on this website. The property describes itself incorrectly as it offers zero facilities. The place itself is as unmanned room in a ran down apartment block with no reception. Despite the fact that we were emailed twice about our arrival time there was nobody to let us into the property on arrival. the contact numbers were unanswered. After half an hour a resident let us in and we started banging on the apartment door which was opened by a gentlemen who resided there and spoke very little english or italian. He blocked our access and demanded that we paid all the money before allowing access or even letting us see the room. He only let us in when we said we would go elsewhere. Eventually the owner arrived who again demanded that we paid upfront and would accept cash only. The room curtains were very dirty and the bathroom was shocking. The supposed luxury Jacuzzi shower was broken - the holder broken off, the shower surround broken off with plastic cracked bits sticking out at the bottom. The entire thing covered in black mold. The rest of the bathroom was reasonable but I can't really say much more positive about it. You can't leave your luggage as there is nobody to speak to or look after them. They advertise that they can arrange airport taxis but never got back to us. The booking says breakfast included but we were only offered two vouchers for a neighbouring cafe after I specifically asked about it. It entitled us to 1 caffe each and 1 croissant. Unless you want to begin your holiday in Rome with a very poor experience avoid at all cost

We get out of our train from Venice and look at our cell phone as soon as we could find free wifi around. Surprise! We find three messages asking for arrival time and a fourth saying RESERVATION SUSPENDED. That's it. We're left of the side of the road with no one to answer. Tried to call the number provided... No answer. Tried to right at the "Hotel's" door... No answer. 😡
