Imperial Holiday

First I didn't want to be too harsh with this hotel. But I'm gonna, cause they almost ruined my vacations in Rome. It's actually an old apartment transformed to a "B&B hotel", everything in the room...

I booked this hotel to stay over New Years Eve. I put the reservation on my credit card until we arrived. We arrived at the hotel and no one answered the door to let us up. We waited for two hours...

Rooms defenetely clean and comfortable; the B&B is in a really good located position (nearby the station and the centre), but...... payment receipt is a plus..... :-( ps: the continental breakfast...
