Excellent hotel, cleanliness, and location

Wonderful hotel in a fantastic location. Hotel is right next to the Spanish Steps but is very quiet and peaceful inside. The air conditioning worked well and we slept great. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and inviting. We loved our stay.

Location, Location, Location, what an amazing place to lay your head after a long day roaming the ancient streets of Rome! Located or hidden on the 3rd floor of a building that borders both the Spanish Steps and Spagna Metro Stop. Walking distance or Metro to EVERYTHING!!! Had the best dinner and dolce at the nearby cafes.....shopping is either WAAAAAY high-end or authentic throw-back Italy. You can grab an Uber or Taxi very close as well. Boutique hotel that has amazing bathrooms and comfy beds. Room is big for what we expected as well. Huge wardrobe with bathrobes and slippers. The owners couldn't be nicer or more accomidating. We left our bags for a good 5 hours after we checked out....they were happy to store them for us. Soooo thankful to have found this getm! Sorry we were only there 1 night!!!
