Forget the 2016 (or previous) reviews. (Maybe) then it was worth a 4/5 B&B (don't call it hotel, not here, nor anywhere), but not anymore. Location is not particularly good (about 15 minutes walking) from the nearest metro station), but tolerable, with many restaurant options in the neighborhood. Wifi is OK. And then come the cons. The overall offer is awful: you literally enter a 30Y condo apartment, in which you will get 1 room (of 3). Everything seems to be stucked in the 80's: furniture is decadent, holes in the wall and dowels
as proofs of ancient stuff hanging for some unknown reason, window not closing properly, sweetening the noise coming from the pub below. 1 shared bathroom, cleaned once a day (at least, this is what it seemed). Breakfast? Oh, yeah! Pick your voucher, go to a roulette external pub and secure 1 croissant and 1 hot drink. Period. There is a coffee machine at the aisle, but no coffee. And tea bags, but no hot water. For 70+ eur a night they have to do more to earn my vote...

Clean and welcoming, like coming home. We have visited Rome twice, staying here both times. The kind and generous owners are so very helpful and fun! We just love them! They live on-site, so are nearly always available. Magda is so very attentive! The rooms are always clean and tidy, wonderfully decorated. The bathroom is clean and well-equipped. Breakfast is delicious with pastries, yogurt, and seasonal fruit. We love staying here and will be back!!❤❤❤

My family and I stayed in this B&B for a week and it's safe to say we enjoyed every minute of it. The owners are extremely kind and take good pride in the B&B as it's very clean. There were often times in which we would have to leave the hotel extremely early to visit different cities, the owners would provide us with an early breakfast nevertheless. The service is adjusted to your needs so no need to worry. The breakfast was a smaller delicacy than we are used to but that didn't bother us as it was really tasty (especially the hot croissants)! Do not be put away by the fact that the bathroom is shared, it's kept clean at all times; you can't even tell it's been used by others. Overall we had a really good time, a good nights sleep every night and plenty of laughs along the way; would definitely stay again.
My family and I are Polish but live in England so we're fluent in both, you may struggle if you don't speak Italian or Polish as there is a little language barrier but I'm sure it wouldn't be that big of a problem, the owners try their best to understand and support you.
Thank you for a great time!
Mateusz Miloszewski and family.
