We recently stayed here for 3 nights.
When we arrived, the owner Fabio was waiting for us in the rain with a smile and some useful information about the area: best way to get to the centre and all the big tourist spots etc.
He lead us to our room which is part of a gated appartment complex, he gave us all the necessary keys and all the information regarding breakfast, which is next door to the the appartments in a little cafe.
The room itself is quite small with a decent sized bed, a wardrobe, two sets of drawers and a TV (we didn't use it). The bathroom was also quite small but very clean and the shower was decently powerful.
Breakfast in the cafe next door was just what you need to start your day, you have a choice of tea or coffee, sandwich or croissant and some juice. Not to heavy for all the walking we did around Rome.
All in all for the price we paid, this was a bargain of a stay. It's close proximity to the centre via the metro makes it an ideal place to stay away from the centre to avoid the silly prices. If youre coming to Rome to sightsee and not to stay in the room except to sleep. I would highly recommend this place.
