Le Finestre sul Vaticano

booked through expedia had messaged hotel with arrival time weeks earlier, arrived to find no one there we were out on the street for over four hours, then they tried to charge is again even though we had paid. The room was dirty rubbish and used cotton buds in the bedside cabinets bins were not emptied during our stay towels not changed in four nights shower was cold 90% of the time never met the owner to try and sort out problems there were more guests who also had problems checking in would not recommend.

Wonderful stay here! Hosts were very nice in directing us and answering any questions we had prior to arrival. Rooms are small but in Rome who is spending much time in their hotel room?! Breakfast was simple but fresh. Close to metro station

Comfortable room Breakfast was sufficient even for my 14 year old Grandson .Within easy reach of Vatican and Basilica Owner always on hand to help answer any questions you may have.Open top bus tour hop on and of makes it easier to see everything
