I don't usually write reviews about a place I've been, but this time I just can't help it. Let's start with the only more or less positive thing, which is the location. Close to the metro station and the center easily accessible also on foot, as well as the station. For the rest place to be deleted. Small and poorly maintained rooms. Tiny bathroom with broken accessories and uncomfortable sink. Fridge present but not working. The cleanliness of the rooms is all to be reviewed, from the curtains to the bed linen. But what I do not tolerate the most is the fact that the presence of a common fridge is passed off for breakfast with bottles of juice already opened and packaged snacks of poor quality. Since we paid a nice amount to stay, I would have expected something more. Highly discouraged and for sure I will not return.

BeB located in the center of Rome, offers breathtaking views of the city, you have everything you have at hand, bars, tobacconists, the church of St. John and also the Colosseum which is about 20 minutes walk away. The employees are friendly and always available, the rooms are not very large but have everything you need inside including air conditioning. Absolutely recommend!!

We have stayed at Le Terrazze di san Giovanni three nights. The arrival was not complicated at all. Its located on a bank at a corner with a big Terrace, the big steal Door opens when u first ring the bell and the operator opens the door with telling you the code for the keys. After taking the stairs, you find the Guest house at the only first floor in the rear. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There is a kitchen which you can use and have coffee. We fell in love with the big Terrazze. At the evenings we sat outside and enjoyed wine. Romano the owner was very outstanding. He was always there to answer all our questions and gave us good advice what to do in the city. He was also very nice to the cleaning lady, which is important to us. We have felt in very good hands. We are surely coming back to stay here again.
