Leonardi Fiamma Hotel

Staff is wonderful! Welcoming helpful and professional. Our room was just not worth the price, bathroom was old and shower splashing everywhere, ceiling paint was coming off, a/c broke on second night and we didn’t sleep all night due to heat. Breakfast was very good.

Great location, clean, and kind workers. There was a breakfast buffet every morning which was unexpected. It was walking distance to several attractions. The front desk called for taxis when requested. A great place to stay while in Rome.

Overall hotel service and location was good but giving this rating because they charged me double taxes, at the time of booking I already paid all the taxes and service charges but at the time of checkout they charged me again in the name of city tax. Already sent an email to them and attached my booking where it shows all breakdown for money which I paid which also indicates taxes, but didn’t replied yet..
