Leonardi Hotel Genio

Fantastic stay in a hotel in an exceptional location, very close to the most important monuments in Rome. The staff was very kind and very professional: they gave us precise information on what to visit and how to get around. The absolute strong point is the terrace, with a spectacular view. Highly recommended both for those coming to Rome for the first time and for those who want to stay comfortably in the center. Excellent value for money.

First we checked in and were given room 505, while unpacking I felt something drip on me. I looked up and saw a big moldy spot in the ceiling that was dripping. I packed everything back up and went to the reception desk and was then given room 502. I checked the ceiling and it was clear but then noticed mold on the wallpaper and hair on the shower wall. Exhausted from a long day, we decided to just deal with it but only unpack what we needed for the 1 night. When leaving the next morning, we walked past room 505 and noticed they painted over the moldy spot on the ceiling. So bad!
