Excellent apartment in an unbeatable location. IT DOES NOT HAVE an elevator and the stairs are difficult (high and steep steps) I went with older people, I clarified this at the time of the reservation, and when we arrived, we found the stairs.

Wonderful location just steps from the Spanish Steps. The property has a few rooms, well furnished and very clean, equipped with air conditioning and wifi. From here you can visit the whole tourist area of Rome on foot and Termini station is just three metro stops away. In the last two years I have stayed at Les Fleurs several times having to travel to Rome frequently and will definitely return. Last but not least, I highlight the availability that Oti and Eric, receptionists, reserve for customers who welcome with extreme kindness. Highly recommended
