We traveled to Italy for a wedding. The airline lost our luggage and luisa arranged for our transportation to the airport several times. She helped us locate some clothing shops to visit in case our bag did not make it before the wedding. The room was very comfortable as well as the bed. The location is walking distance to many sights and food! Would highly recommend.

The rooms was a little on the small side, the bed however was confortable, i seating area would have been appreciated. Louisa was great.

I stayed in the room with hot tub, the room is very spacious but in my opinion not well organized, there was only a small table, with among other things the coffee maker, kettle, glasses and cups, leaving very little other space to lean. A desk and/or sofa would have been very useful. The bathroom also quite spacious with very large shower. This room, not giving on the street then, was very quiet and you are rested very well. Excellent area, 700m from Piazza del Popolo or 1 km from Piazza Navona. The few furnishings there were, were of low quality. The sliding door of the closet did not slide well and stuck, the sink top was ruined and peeled. Nightmare then find street parking in the area, underground parking in Piazza Cavour costs 30 € per day.
