Don't stay here! This was the worst experience of my life. I never saw the owner, who was very rude to me on the phone and via text. I had messaged about our early arrival to make arrangements and never heard back. Furthermore, the air conditioning unit did not work. Our room was 79*F with the unit running all night. I was eaten alive by bugs all night, while listening to people cook and clean dishes at 2 am. The owner is refusing to give me a refund, too. This was the worst stay I've ever experienced anywhere, and was not in a nice part of the city.

We stayed here during our visit to Rome,Italy. It is located very closer to and in a walkable distance to vatican City. It is also located to the metro station within very short walking distance. There's plenty of options to eat at a very reasonable price. And a lot of grocery stores are nearby, too. The area feels very safe and within a gated entrance that needs keys. This is more like an apartment complex where they have segregated rooms and the common area with the nonfunctional kitchen but plenty of area to sit and eat. The room is similar to a hotel configuration, and 4 of us stayed. The restrooms are maintained very well and spacious. The air conditioner didn't do its job. The host is very friendly And gave a lot of details about places to eat and then main attractions to visit and a map. I would definitely stay here on my next visit, highly recommended.

The property is literally a stone's throw from the metro stop (Line A). The room was very nice and sufficiently spacious (the bathroom was blind). The staff proved to be extremely helpful and super kind. It is an accommodation that I would recommend without a shadow of a doubt.
