Hotel Mancino 12 at Rome is not what is seem as the pictures on their website or here. There's not signs or clear directions on how to get there. After hours of trying to find it and called the receptionist to get direction, they stated their are in front of Plaza Venezia, which is on small back road, with trash, smell and that you didn't want to go in. Got a video to prove it. In addition, I called previously about parking since I was renting a vehicle and states there some, but they didn't mentioned is in the street and truly there's no parking at all. Drove around the area for 1 hour trying to find a parking and nothing. I went back to the hotel and it was like they didn't care, to cancel your reservation, it has to be a day prior and of course that already passed. I end up getting a garage parking about two miles out. My primary concerned was after my three original days, I was leaving for the north of Italy and my last day was returning to Rome and had a reservation at Mancino, due to the parking issue didn't want to stay there since I had an early flight returning and the garage parking didn't open until 5:30am, and needed to be at the airport at 6:00am. I explained and requested a waiver so I could get reimbursed. The request was denied, I tried talking to the the manager of billing at the main office and she didn't want to talk to me. Just "it's a non-refundable" policy. Very unprofessional, it seem like once they have your money, everything else didn't matter. I felt, very unwelcome at the hotel. Personally, very concerned at night leaving or returning to the hotel due to that street didn't feel safe.
