Manfredi Luxury Apartments

Can’t get much nearer to the colosseum Perfect apartment for a family of 5 Two big bedrooms with decent sized bathrooms - quality fixtures and fittings Lovely selection of complimentary toiletries Complimentary water and nespresso Hotel made a fuss of my wedding anniversary (red rose petals on the bed) and helium balloons to celebrate my daughters A levels results and place at university - huge thank you 🙏 Thank you to the manager Danielle and all the staff for making us feel so welcome. Loved the golf buggy ride from main hotel to apartments Wonderful breakfast with amazing view overlooking the colosseum - just can’t get bored with this view. We will definitely return

Horrible staff. Great view but staff and front desk extremely rude. They were very condescending and had an attitude when we were asking simple questions and concerns.

This "luxury' set of apartments is actually an annex to the Pallazo Manfredi Hotel. You see, the Palazzo Manfredi pretends as if this is a part of the 5-star hotel and sells rooms to their luxury hotel then golf carts you to this awful 2-star hotel blocks away. I have submitted a claim with my credit card company the undue this bait and switch. This is a run down, unkempt dirty apartment building that they will be happy to charge you $600 a night under the guise that it is a part of the Palazzo Manfredi. It is not. If you attempt to book a hotel room at the luxury hotel along side the Colleseum seen here: They will instead upon booking tell you you are staying in the hotel 'annex'. You indeed instead are staying at a dirty run down Airbnb-esque location. It filthy with dead plants and an entry way without any amenities. Do not book a hotel room at the Palazzo Manfredi as you instead will be bait and switched to stay at the less-than-luxury Manfredi Apartments.
