Very good location (next to Termini train station and Colosseum), cozy and clean rooms, really friendly staff (guy was waiting for us some additional time because our flight to Rome was delayed). Not far away from this place is nice gelateria.

loved the care and the service with a smile. Great central location to all the attractions and close to the central train station and buses. We thought this place was great value. On our last trip we'd stayed at a hostel and it was more expensive with not even a tenth of the comfort and service

Great location, great price. Easily walkable to the coliseum and the centre. We really enjoyed our stay here and would come back again. The beds were comfortable and the pillows. The only thing that would be good is if the rooms had lamps rather than over head lights but that is nothing really to discourage people staying, for the price.
