Actually this can't be considered as a hotel in the first place... I wonder why they call it a hotel ( only for having reception desk which operating till 10 pm???)... It has fantastic location right in the center of Rome...but that's the only advantage that this place has...I was with my family so booked a family room and they confirmed that they have one and guess what?? It turned out to be just a regular room with 4 beds)))...I don't want to get into details and list all the things they don't have that any hotel should have, just be informed that if you care only about location of your stay then this place will fit you, because the place is really awesome. other than that........

Had a short break here of 4 days, not really sure this can be classed as a hotel.... There's not really any facilities here, its a very compact place and feels very clostrophobic, rooms are dark and dull, and don't really match their pictures Our beds had no bedspreads as in all their pictures, just a sheet... And some horrible old brown blankets in a cupboard, the air conditioning kind of worked, there are bad water marks down the walls the fridge didn't work at all, they leave a tray of coffee and small snacks but no cups, two bottles of water in a warm fridge, they state they have a vending machine, that's a joke, it's a very small coffee machine in reception (see pic) nothing else around to get anything to eat. We twice asked for cleaners Not to go into our room and they totally ignored this request... Even the cleaner herself was asked not to go in but she still did. The shower door was dodgy and kept coming off the runners The only positive about this place is its location (although noisy) the sights such as trevi fountain, Spanish steps, collesum, the Vatican, the pantheon etc are within walking distance. This place is more like a hostel than a hotel

Location of this hotel was very central. It was very easy to walk to most sights. The room was very small with little storage space. The Air conditioning did not work for the 4 nights we stayed. Informed front of desk twice and emailed twice and no one came to look at it and no one replied to our emails. As a result windows had to be left open each night resulting in both of us being covered in mosquito bites. Another issue was although our room was serviced every day we were not given toiletries. We had to ask the front desk for some and we received shampoo, but he told us he did not have access to shower gel or soap only housekeeping did. By end of stay I had to use my own pocket tissues as there was no toilet roll left and they did not re stock it during servicing of the room.
