It all seemed great until we lost our room key and couldn't get a hold of staff. It was 9pm on a Sunday night. Our kids were crying. We had to find other sleeping arrangements. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The best place we stayed in Rome. I highly recommend.!! It is Not a Hilton and if you want that kind of hotel don't go here. It is full of Charm and wonderful staff. Close by to everything except the Vatican. The roof top view is wonderful.
