Parco delle Valli Bed & Breakfast

Structure , fashionable as parking, but completely dirty , bathrooms with rust sanitary ware , skirting boards with duct tape , burnt light bulbs .. but can .....

· It was well-located - right next to a subway station and a ten minute ride to downtown. The price was fairly low - but that should have tipped me off. I would have spent more to get a better location. There was an excellent little pub & grille a couple blocks over that spoke good English and had good food. · The A/C was very inadequate! I had to call the host back over to help me figure out the A/C remote, but I was doing it correctly, just couldn't get it very cool. He said that Americans like their A/C colder than it needs to be and that what he was providing was fine and normal. It made for some uncomfortable sleeping for a couple of nights. (The less-than-desirable mattress didn't help that either.) The neighborhood is riddled with heavy gang graffiti - I would not feel safe out at night. The lift (to the fourth floor) was so small we could only get one adult and two suitcases in it at time. The free parking advertised is in a "park and ride" type lot a block away. Didn't make me happy....especially in that neighborhood. You needed three different keys to get through four sets of locks. There was a dog in another unit that seemed to bark a lot. I don't think it was one of the rooms in our unit - but bothersome none-the-less. We made it work. We've been in worse, but not often. We will definitely not recommend it. This is NOT a hotel. It is a bed and bath in a condo high rise.

Clean and spacious room with private en-suite,comfortable bed, safe area with many possibilities around-bar, shops, restaurants, right in front of the metro Conca d"Oro 10 minutes from Termini station and best service! Leonardo is doing a great job in there!
