Good breakfast but the rest ...... The value for money is correct but the structure probably needs to be the subject of a substantial intervention.

Well, the truth is, there's nothing good about it. A basic and very bad breakfast that only maybe, serves coffee from the machines. The reception boy's attention is as unpleasant as if he worked in a funeral home instead of a hotel. The Transportation Service they claim to have is FALSE there is no such transportation. Asking him about the nearest Metro station told us that about 9 or 10 minutes walk, FALSE: we took 40 minutes to arrive. It is removed from the center so a taxi back to the hotel cost us €80. (more than from the airport to the hotel). The rooms smell like sewers, so they put up unpleasant air fresheners that just make you notice the obvious bad smell more. The only way to get water is by a vending machine, which was WITHOUT WATER. The noise between rooms is impressive, so you could hear the fights of a couple from another floor as if they were fighting in my bathroom. Bathrooms, more uncomfortable than a cruise ship cabin. I mean, more never even if it was the last hotel available in Rome, I prefer to sleep on the bench of a square. To the guy at the morning reception, I recommend looking for a job at a funeral home. So no customer will complain to you.

Hotel without any interest. Location extremely remote from the historic center: buses, a metro accessible after a long walk. The shuttle was supposed to drop us off but didn't work. The neighborhood is lost in the middle of nowhere and barely safe. Upon arrival, the Welcoming staff are extremely unpleasant , totally indifferent , much like the breakfast staff: we annoy them! But where is Italian hospitality? Breakfast is worse than in the canteen , without flavor, without smell without choice. The industrial food presented will cut your appetite. The room size is acceptable. Charming decoration, minimal furnishings, soap delivered with rackery. The bedding is fine. Random cleanliness and better not to look under the bed.!
