Patrizia Romana Palace

Clean and comfortable apartment

Terrible experience never experienced before. Me and two of my friends had the bad idea to stay in this B&B. Check in at 3 am, as returning from a concert, and check out at 10 am. Length of stay of 7 hours! Mr. Andrea, complete with unacceptable rudeness, decided well in the afternoon after several hours, to send us a picture of any sink with a piece of concrete completely missing saying that he was not only the sink of our room but accusing us of having damaged it, without first asking a minimum problem of common sense or at least education that a staff of a facility should have. Mr. Andrea has also decided well, always with his elegant and respectful way that he has not shown at all to have, to block our contact on whatsapp during the conversation or rather inquisition that he decided to support. So, “Dear” Mr. Andrea I strongly Recommendation you not only to improve the maintenance and management of the rooms but above all to pay more attention to how to manage customer relations. And then I ask you Mr. Andrea, since you have not given the opportunity to answer, how can you remove a piece of concrete from a sink (during a B&B under renovation) with a simple daily use of only 7 hours?! Therefore, I strongly urge you to carry out preliminary checks before each check-in, so as to avoid accusing and shifting blame to customers totally at random. That way he definitely won't get far.

Location a little out of the way, but the services, friendliness and helpfulness of the reception are worth more than the distance from the centre.
