Piazza Farnese Luxury Suites

From the start, this accommodation far exceeded all my expectations. The location is unbeatable: it allows you to travel the city in total comfort and enjoy every corner without complications. The building itself is beautiful, with a charm that perfectly reflects the Roman essence. The room deserves a special mention: not only is it beautiful, but it is even better than in the photos. Every detail is taken care of, generating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that invites you to relax after a day of tours. I really felt at home. I want to draw particular attention to the team. Claudio is an extremely friendly person, attentive to every need, always willing to help with a smile and a warmth that makes a difference. Your hospitality takes the experience to another level. Also, WhatsApp communication is excellent: always available for any query, with quick and resolute answers, which provides a lot of peace of mind. As for the breakfast, it is simply excellent: very complete, varied and of great quality. They even include scrambled eggs, which adds up to a bonus not always found. Everything is prepared with dedication, and it shows. Verly, who is in charge of this important moment of the day, is charming: always friendly, smiling and attentive to every detail, making the start of the day even more pleasurable. This was my second stay, and I returned without hesitation because the first experience had been flawless. I definitely highly recommend it. And if I am lucky enough to return to Rome, I would not hesitate for a second to choose this accommodation again.

Perfect accommodation and location for our long weekend stay in Rome. We stayed in the suite with terrace city view. Lovely clean modern room with a large shower and all the amenities required. The terrace overlooked the Piazza and was lovely to sit out on and people watch between sightseeing. It did get noisy at night time but that was no fault of the hotel. Verly at breakfast was so accommodating, tasty coffee with a great selection of high quality Continental breakfast choices, lovely plates (I wanted to take them home). Claudio in reception was very helpful and clear instructions were sent prior to check in. We would definitely stay here again, everything was perfect

Stable dilapidated, smells of damp room and sheets and sewage in the rooms. There is no waiting guest toilet except the private one of the rooms. Experience to forget. Don't go there!
