We arrived with our family for a short two night stay, to our rooms smelling like damp. Once the air conditioning start to work in our room the room smelt better, however this was not the same for my son's room. It smelt awful and the smell did not shift for our stay. I complained to the reception staff and I was told that housekeeping would sort it - it was never sorted. My mum was sharing with my son and I was concerned about their health breathing in those smells. There are no kettles in the rooms nor do they give you any water considering we just visited in July and it was so hot!! The bathrooms are not very clean, the showers were dirty. The bar staff are lovely and very helpful. The breakfast staff can be hit or miss - some of them are lovely some are very rude.

4 stars for the services are acceptable, but a bit of maintenance would be needed. Positioned facing the Pineto park, about 900 meters from the subway stop, a good hotel, an older but functional structure. Fenced parking and a great point to reach (even by taxi) the main attractions of Rome....

The room was okay, and the staff was fine; however, we had half board, and the food was a complete disaster and not selectable, partly inedible.
