Pitagora B&B

No reply from the owner or manager despite often requested. Refused to give back money for double booking on same date despite informing weeks before. The extra room we book was already let to someone else. Therefore they steal money from us. No breakfast were offered while B&B (Bed and breakfast) is mentioned in their services. They require to pay 5 euros per night for air con which we did not use. Communication problem: there's no one to give you info in other languages than Italian, only an old man speaking Italian. Positive point: Proximity to train station

I am originally from Oriolo, a town 20 km from Roseto, I holidayed in Roseto for 40 years, I was born and live in Milan. I decided to celebrate my wedding anniversary on June and through a dear friend of mine I got in touch with Alessandra from B&B Pitagora. The feeling I had right away was of feeling at home even though we hadn't yet arrived, then once we arrived at the facility we were all struck by the beauty of the facility. everything new, super clean and modern. We got two rooms on the second floor, one for my wife and I and the other for my in-laws. I could never imagine the order, the cleanliness, the furnishings of the rooms, not to mention the spaces. Both have a very large terrace overlooking the sea, fantastic! The service is excellent, if I had found a better term I would have used it, but that's exactly how it is, the utmost care for the customer, rich and abundant breakfast, fresh and very high quality products, just for every taste, soy caps, lactose-free milk, jams, cakes, croissants... everything and more, very good compliments indeed! There is a large car park in front of the structure which is the icing on the cake for a perfect setting for your stay. All this 5 minutes walk from the sea... what more could you want? We arrived very late at night and were told that even though it was a B&B, there would not be any breakfast as we had taken the 'cheap' rate? It was extremely hot and when we asked whether there was airconditioning, we were told that it would cost us €5 extra to use it and they would give us the remote control?? It was clean but average.
