In Plaza España or Piazza di Spagna is where the oldest embassy in the world is located (it belongs to the Vatican and there is a fountain: “Fontana della Barcaccia” (it is like a barge in a derogatory sense because it is sinking; it is a tribute to when Rome sank and the water reached it.
There are some stairs that have appeared in several movies, and you will see that they are full of people sitting. Above them is the Church of Trinità dei Monti with 135 steps; it is Baroque.

We went at night because in the morning it was crowded with people, taking pictures on the steps that were decorated with flowers

One of the most beautiful walks in Rome, full of luxury shops, the colonnade of the Virgin of the Conception in front of the Spanish Embassy in front of the Holy See, its famous steps, is pretty by day but improves at night, always very busy
