Porta Maggiore

This hotel doesn't really have a strong point, in the sense that everything is average, ordinary. First, its eccentric location compared to the major centers of interest. Decent rooms, not really up to date and rather noisy. A standard breakfast, nothing more. Not really personalized service, given the size of the hotel. But, none of these points is a major handicap.

Great location close to a number of key attractions and a nice view of Porta Maggiore. Walking distance from the train station. Hotel could benefit from a refresh, but overall it is good value for money.

very busy and noisy road junction outside, miles from the centre. Should you make a complaint, the staff ignore you for the rest of your stay, this includes restaurant staff, so you won't get fed. overall, not very pleasant at all
