This place is all about location. Francesca and Pasquale are excellent hosts, great communication. You get and electronic key to get access to the building, apartment and room. I had a private bathroom. As expected in Italy, bathroom is small but acceptable. Cleanliness in the room could be better, but nothing that a wet wipe cannot solve. Beds were comfortable, and the room had a mini fridge. You open the window and can see the line forming up to access the Vatican Museum. St. Peter's Basilica is walking distance away. Many restaurants and supermarkets around the area. Best prices for food, snacks and water are at Carrefour, just a few steps away. Many bus lines stop just around the corner. You can also move around in scooters which you can rent using Uber, you hmget charged for the time you use it, and you can drop them off in almost any sidewalk . Overall, a good place to stay if your visit involves moving around the Vatican city walls, and as indicated before, any of the bus lines that stop nearby can take you to locations outside the Vatican and in to Rome.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights during my visit to Rome, and regrettably, my experience did not meet expectations. The room was poorly maintained — the linens and sheets were not clean, and there were spider webs visible on the ceiling and bug on my pillowcase. Additionally, the room provided was significantly different from what had been advertised for the selected category in Expedia. Overall, the accommodation did not reflect the standard or quality promoted, and I would not recommend this property to other travelers.

Excellent structure in the Vatican area, practically attached to the Vatican museums, a stone's throw from St. Peter's Square and the Ottaviano metro (no more than 300 meters of a pleasant walk). Strategic point for an optimal holiday with children, full of restaurants and clubs. The owners are exceptional, kind, nice and professional. Always ready to meet all our requests!! The room is in good condition, comfortable and with all comforts. Basically.... highly recommended!!
