Re Luxury Accomodation

Don’t go there for no reason! The rooms smell bad. When we came there was no one at the front desk and we were waiting for half an hour for someone to come. We had a request for a baby crib, and they forgot it, and they were not willing to fix what they did wrong. It is the worst place I have ever been, don’t go there.

Stayed here one night in May 2011. My biggest complaint is finding the hotel to begin with which has a little plaque inside the door frame, for a minute I thought we had been ripped off and the hotel did not exist. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: - Large and clean bedroom (charming decor) - Bathroom nicely decorated and updated Cons: - No free wifi - Terrible location, no amenities nearby - Breakfast was very basic Would not recommend if you would prefer to be in the middle of the action of Rome.
