Relais La Maison Deluxe B&B

Well as in Indian family I will not recommend for a family as the concept was to self check in . The caretaker leaves at 1p.m and comes the next day at 9 am . However , he was very helpful but we had to take instructions from him over the phone , which was not a good feeling . The location was very good . It’s at a good street and lot of shopping right next to the hotel. And u must buy clothes. I am coming back to Rome in 2years but will not stay here again and won’t recommend . The size of the room was excellent!

AVOID!!! 3 weeks prior to our trip we requested to reduce our stay from 3 nights to 2 and were told it would cost us MORE. Then, after arrival, we were told via a sticky note on our door that there would be no hot water during our stay. So we stayed for 2 nights, paid for 3 nights to avoid paying more, and had only freezing water for the whole stay. Of course we reached out to Expedia for assistance. They blamed the hotel. The hotel refused to change our charges, even after revealing that there would be no hot water during our stay.

Very spacious room. Wonderful staff. Very helpful. Boxed breakfast for us. Snacks anytime. Coffee anytime. Quiet. Safe. Would definitely recommend.
