First of all, the room does not match the photos at all. Very old and lacking care and love. The shower was clogged; we reported it, and they did not fix it. The TV did not work; we reported it, and they did not fix it. The main light was not working; we reported it, and they did not fix it. We ran out of toilet paper; we reported it, and they only replaced it in the last 2 days. AND IT WAS THE PLACE THAT CHARGED US THE MOST TAX! The only truly valuable thing is the location. But it is very expensive for the conditions and service it offers.

BEWARE! ! ! I believe there were HIDDEN CAMERAS in my room at Relais Palazza Taverna. I was scheduled to stay for two weeks but after 9 days, I had to vacate immediately when I detected what I believe were hidden cameras in my room. I thought I had done what I thought was a thorough sweep of the room when I first arrived. I felt unsafe and that my privacy was violated. Booking.com though responded immediately could not even get me a refund as the hotel did not respond to their emails. I was then told they have a no refund policy. Poor follow up from both places. This was a distressing, disappointing and unsettling experience that left me shaken. Check your room thoroughly if you plan to stay here !

The door downstairs is extremely noisy , it constantly slams and makes us startle at every blow . Bed and pillows extremely uncomfortable and hard . Personal downstairs very uncourteous and very unavailable. Door crossed at 17:00 . In short very noisy , not welcoming and very uncomfortable.
