Excellent location; if you want, you can reach all the main places on foot. Quiet rooms, peaceful and safe location. Crossing the street, 5 minutes away you will find the Trevi Fountain. Cleanliness is standard. Very helpful staff.

This is NOT a hotel, it is a scam. Checked out after one night due to noise, dirt and in general because the accommodation is nothing like advertised. We were promised a refund of city tax paid and over a month later we are still being ghosted by Aria and Alessandro. We have had to contact our bank for a chargeback and booking.com. If I could give zero stars I would.

Cant recommend. There is no lobby, no reception desk only instructions how to get in to the lock box on your phone that opens the front door. the street was very dark. making this lockbox difficult to open one person holding the flash light the other working on the combination. Its called a bed and breakfast, but there is no breakfast. more instructions on how to open the door to the rooms. and another combination to get into your room. After flying over the Atlantic, changing planes in Paris to Rome, the trip from the airport, with very little sleep this was a dreadful experience. our room was spacious. How to heat the room was a mystery. Bath was good size. but we upgraded to a bigger room when we booked. Terrible toliet paper. Our room was not service 2 our of the 4 nights. The location was handy, loud street noise at times late at night. People talking and laughing
